The Vendor is required bus advertising services for its transit fleet operating within the service area of both fixed-route and paratransit service.
• Management of Advertising Materials: Contractors shall have exclusive rights to manage the sales and service of exterior advertising space on all revenue service vehicles owned and/or operated by RTA. Contractor shall pay all expenses incurred in implementing the sale of advertising including, but not limited to, the costs of design, production, delivering installation, replacement, and removal. Removal of advertising material shall include restoring the vehicle to its original condition. Contractor shall not be responsible for existing paint damage due to the present condition of the transit vehicles.
• Vehicles: RTA has 66 fixed-route and demand response vehicles available for advertising. Seven more fixed-route vehicles will be available by the end of 2026.
