The Vendor is required to provide marketing and advertising lottery will work collaboratively with the successful offeror with creative planning and production, developing marketing and advertising strategies, media placement, social media strategies and public relations.
- Requirement:
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives that enhance public awareness, confidence, and support for the lottery while protecting and strengthening the lottery’s brand, reputation, and public image.
• Promote lottery products and services in a responsible and ethical manner that aligns with industry best practices and supports responsible gaming principles.
• Strategically allocate marketing resources to maximize consumer awareness, understanding, and engagement with lottery games, promotions, and product features.
• Identify and implement effective strategies to attract and engage new players, with a particular emphasis on adults ages 18 to 34.
• Identify, develop, and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, deepen player engagement, and increase adoption and ongoing use of the state lottery players club®, the players club mobile app, and the pick and click online play service.
• Demonstrate a commitment to excellence through high-quality creative work, effective project execution, and dedication to the lottery’s mission and objectives.
• Maintain a physical presence within state to facilitate collaboration, responsiveness, and a strong understanding of the local market and player base.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the lottery’s product portfolio, including multi-state games, in-state games, promotions, digital offerings, and associated game features.
• Manage projects efficiently and effectively to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with agreed-upon schedules.
• Establish, maintain, and enforce a professional code of conduct for all employees, subcontractors, and representatives assigned to lottery work to ensure ethical business practices and compliance with all applicable requirements.
• Provide proactive recommendations and strategic insights that support the lottery’s goals for sales growth, player engagement, brand awareness, and overall organizational success.
