The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive brand ambassador services, including enhanced brand awareness.
- Brand ambassador services will be expected to work alongside the marketing and public outreach division staff, specifically the marketing and communications departments, in the following manner:
• Represent department in a positive light at events and gatherings across the state as needed during the contract period;
• Assist in the further development of go state and other programs of department;
• Work to help members of department constituency develop a keen understanding of the various programs offered by department; and
• Strive to inspire others to support the work of department.
- promote department programs:
• Advocate for department across multiple social media platforms, community events, and agricultural affairs.
- Community engagement:
• Participate in events, such as farmers’ markets, fairs, and festivals;
• Examples of events that the brand ambassadors will participate in include the following:
• Family land heritage ceremony,
• State events,
• Crossroads of state go state country festival, and
• Other events to be determined by department contract manager and selected respondent;
• Interact with consumers and will represent department across state; and
• Engage and educate the general public about the mission and services of the department.
- Collaboration:
• Work closely with department marketing and public outreach division staff, including the marketing and communications departments, and other divisions within department to align agency campaigns, promotional materials, and event participation.
