Photographer Services

The Vendor is required to provide photography services on an assignment basis, including but not limited to:
• 1 full day, on-location beneficiary photography: conducting photo sessions at approximately 10 ESP beneficiary business locations across, capturing professional portraits of entrepreneurs and images of their business operations, products, and premises for use in the entrepreneur guide and policy recommendations document.
• Event photography: providing coverage of the enterprise support project (ESP) final event in November for 2 hours, including arrival and networking moments, presentations, beneficiary interactions, and key speakers.
• Delivering edited, high-resolution images with consistent color grading and professional retouching where required.
• Providing images in both print-quality (minimum 300 dpi) and web/digital-optimized formats.
• Organizing and labelling all delivered image files in a clear, accessible folder structure for handover to agency.
• Ensuring agency retains full rights to all images produced under this contract.
