The Vendor is required to provide videography services for the production of two distinct video outputs that authentically capture the impact of the enterprise support project and the spirit of its final event.
- ESP success stories film and social media snippets
• Filming for 1 full day on-location at each of the six beneficiary businesses, capturing short on-camera interviews with each entrepreneur.
• Editing all footage into a single cohesive documentary-style film (target length: 5 minutes); color grading and professional audio mixing; adding English subtitles/captions throughout; incorporating agency branding elements (intro/outro, lower thirds); delivering the film in broadcast quality (minimum 1080p) and a social media-optimized version.
• Providing the raw footage archive to agency upon completion for long-term archiving.
• Short 30-60 second videos of each beneficiary interviewed cut from the full movie to be placed on social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)

• Filming on the evening of the event for 1-2 hours
• Editing footage into a polished after-movie (target length: 2-3 minutes); adding music, text overlays, and agency branding; delivering in broadcast quality (minimum 1080p) and a social media-optimized version.
