Recreation Strategic Action Plan Consultant Services

The Vendor is required to provide recreation strategic action plan will be to protect and conserve natural and cultural resources while providing equitable access and quality outdoor recreation experience while balancing quality of life issues for current and future generations.
- Requirement:
• Executive summary: this should articulate the overall need for the plan, key findings, and provide a summary of actionable priority strategies that can be tracked and updated over time to illustrate ongoing progress to the community.
• Review of key existing plans, tools and data sets: consultant should conduct a review of existing plans, tools, and data sets to identify and incorporate existing priorities, gaps, opportunities, and other relevant information.
• Stakeholder outreach and summary of findings: consultant shall deliver a summary of findings from different types of stakeholder groups and public outreach conducted.
