- Develop a strategic plan exceeds our capacity.
- The strategic plan will provide a cohesive framework to:
• Refine the agency vision and mission, aligning them with the 2026 regional plan
• Craft a unified statement of the agency values, the foundation that will sustain our strategy through change and growth
• Analyze the agency current state
• Enhance organizational focus and shape annual work plans by establishing strategic priorities and goals with measurable strategies and tactics.
