The Vendor is required to provide s communication site fee study provided market rent information for communication uses such as TV, AM/FM radio, cable TV, broadcast translator/LPTV/LPFM, CMRS/facility manager, cellular telephone, private mobile radio, microwave/ISP/broadband, and others.
- Market study shall consider communication sites established for the following uses:
• Television
• AM/FM radio
• Cable TV
• Broadcast translator
• Cellular telephone
• Private mobile radio services
• Microwave/ISP/broadband
• Commercial mobile radio service
• Others uses identified by the consultant.
