The Vendor is required to provide marketing services for media strategy, media buying, and media reporting.
- Tasks, deliverables and schedule
• Responsible for account services and project management which includes creating an annual media plan, including print, digital and broadcast and others as determined necessary, covering the agency service area.
• Responsible for media placement, including print, digital and broadcast and others as determined necessary, including trafficking and creative alignment, managing budgets and billing.
• Monitor creative performance across all channels, provide monthly reports and provide insights and recommendations along with market and trend guidance.
• Responsible for the production of digital and print creative projects on an as needed, ad hoc basis.
• There are no guarantees on the amount of work being offered but any work will be completed in alignment with utilities brand standards under the creative direction of utilities’ agency supervisor.
• Create a business relationship for utilities to hire local talent for utilities creative projects and the contractor will bill utilities on a pay per instance basis.
