The Vendor is required to provide reimagine and transform strategic planning and organizational effectiveness effort.
- Provide strategic, organizational, and communications support to help department translate the reimagine and transform priorities into clear, actionable, and sustainable structures and practices.
- Tasks
• Facilitate structured strategic planning sessions to refine and operationalize the reimagine and transform priorities.
• This includes translating high-level goals into a coherent implementation roadmap and developing a decision-making framework that clarifies which decisions should be made at the leadership, team, and individual levels.
• Support department in developing a revised organizational structure that aligns with a function-based operating model rather than legacy funding-stream structures.
• This includes drafting updated job descriptions and recommending reporting lines to strengthen clarity, coherence, and cross-team alignment.
• Develop communications materials and planning tools to support internal and external communication regarding organizational changes, shifts in roles or functions, and alignment with reimagine and transform priorities.
• This includes creating a backwards communications plan tied to upcoming key decisions and milestones.
• Provide ongoing advisory support to ensure the resulting structures, processes, and communication strategies are aligned with development requirements and reinforce department long-term vision for a unified early childhood system.
