Media Collection Services

The Vendor is required media collection services for photographers, videographers, historians, archivists, researchers, organizations, archives, and other qualified contributors who may be able to provide existing materials, identify historical resources, or discuss paid project opportunities related to Corporation 50th anniversary media collection.
• Photography: Corporation is interested in professional-quality photography that documents people, communities, public life, work, gathering, intergenerational connection, stewardship, or Alaska then and now. Photography responses may include existing photo collections, proposed new photography projects, or information about photographers Corporation should consider contacting.
• Videography: Corporation is interested in video materials that can support 50th anniversary communications, including short clips, b-roll, interviews, community footage, historical footage, or proposed new video collection. Video responses may include existing footage, proposed new video work, or information about videographers Corporation should consider contacting.
• Historical Photos, Quotes, and Research: Corporation is interested in historical photos, archival materials, quotes, records, research leads, and source information that connect the Fund’s first 50 years to Alaska’s broader story. Historical responses may include existing materials, archive leads, quote sources, research ideas, or proposed historical research support.
