Strategic Planning Consultant Services

The Vendor is required to provide strategic plan is in the final stages of development, and will be implemented, evaluated, and refined on an ongoing basis in subsequent years, in order to accomplish the goals and objectives contained in the plan.
- Requirement:
- Develop annotated draft strategy, including:
• Work with strategic planning committee and others staff as needed to discuss and clarify/summarize priority issues for resolution
• Develop draft options and recommendations, as appropriate, for meeting priority issues
• Prepare annotated draft strategy
• Present draft strategy to staff for comment
• Revise strategy to incorporate staff feedback
• Complete written strategy
