The Vendor is required to provide malt beverage marketing partner for the applicable locations, including but not limited to, participating in staff educational programs, assisting with venue sales initiatives, providing marketing assistance, cobranded products, and providing an annual monetary contribution in exchange for exclusive marketing rights and benefits.
- Marketing and promotions:
• Malt beverage partner will provide guidance to the city for increasing concession sales and profitability.
• Select partner will provide on-site activation for partner-selected brands to increase product awareness and provide for product education and unique consumer experiences.
• Select partner may also propose sponsorship of agency performances or events.
• Marketing & promotions should be included in the partnership plan.
- Partnership fee:
• Annual partnership fee the proposer would provide for marketing assistance and necessary equipment.
- Product and service plan as specified below:
• Service: the proposal should provide an overview of the respondent’s service, including days and hours of service of their distributor.
• Marketing & promotions: respondent shall outline intended efforts to support the marketing and sale of malt beverage products in all distribution channels.
• Locations: please identify the proposed products as it relates to event attendee’s choices at applicable locations.
• Proposed brands: the proposal should provide an overview of the proposed brands and individual brand initiatives at applicable locations.
• Categories: respondent shall outline whether they are responding for the entire malt beverage category or specific subcategories (domestic beer, import beer, craft beer, hard seltzer, non-alcoholic beer, and hard cider).
