Video Production Services

The Vendor is required to provide video production services may include, but are not limited to, concept development, scriptwriting, filming, drone videography, motion graphics, post-production editing, multilingual content production, and annual content planning.
- Requirement:
1. Pre-production and planning
• Interview planning and coordination
• Production coordination and logistics
• On-camera interview preparation and coaching for agency employees
2. Production (filming and capture)
• On-location filming and video production support
• Interviews with employees, external stakeholders, or subject matter experts
• B-roll and stock footage capture
• Drone videography and aerial capture (as permitted/licensed)
• Teleprompter services (setup and operation)
• Photography services and supplemental visual content capture
3. Content creation
• Scriptwriting and development of storylines/creative vision
• Translating business objectives into compelling stories with target audiences in mind
• Aligning content with agency brand voice and communication goals
• Developing content tailored for multiple platforms (e.g., social media, web, internal communications)
4. Post production (editing and finishing)
• Editing video stories and recorded segments
• Reviewing edits with agency staff and revising as needed
• Color grading, sound design, and final mastering
• Motion graphics, animation, and visual effects
• Adding licensed/approved music
• Narration and voiceover services
5. Accessibility and platform optimization
• Captioning and accessibility formatting
• Platform-specific optimization (social media, web, etc.)
6. Media management and delivery
• Media management and file organization
• Delivery of raw footage and final assets via file-sharing or external drives
7. Additional preferred capabilities
• Create motion graphic templates in adobe premiere pro and after effects
• Work as a solo videographer to handle all video, audio, lighting and other production tasks independently
• Provide on-camera talent capable of delivering scripted content both with and without the use of a teleprompter
• Provide Spanish-language services (e.g., voiceovers, interviews, transcription) and broader multilingual or translation support for video content, as needed
• Write companion text stories for agency news site and social media channels.
