The Vendor is required to provide public-facing community communication, community reporting, digital outreach, and strategic communications planning services that clearly communicate the purpose, progress, outcomes, and community value of the d2 promise scholarship program.
- Support d2 promise branding and communication materials, including templates, graphics, website content, digital content, presentation materials, social media assets, and community updates.
- Develop a multi-year d2 promise communications playbook to guide future communication, reporting, partner coordination, public updates, website maintenance, social media promotion, and community-facing messaging.
- The playbook shall clarify recommended communication timelines, key audiences, core messages, reporting cycles, content responsibilities, and repeatable processes for future years of implementation.
