• Save reporter lists where reporters get removed/information changes as they move companies.
• Create reporter lists based on specific coverage topics and geographic location/media markets.
• Send press releases through program with option to schedule sends.
• Analytics of open rates and unlimited broadcast coverage package.
• Unlimited searches and access to comprehensive news/media outlets online, print, social, and specifically real-time social listening for all local demographics in state.
• The ability to customize an all-in-one portal/platform for the agency press offices and create customized press release templates.
- News clips requirements
• System creates real-time clip alerts and compiles agency clip mentions.
• Ability to create a custom clips template to send to staff.
• Pre-populate with articles the service has flagged in agency alerts but allow us to add in TV eye clips as well as any found through a google search.
• Tagging clips by topic and unlimited news coverage package.
• Analytics on clips.

• Single sign-on office.
• Office 2 type ii certification.
• Ensure agency specific data resides within datacenters.
• Solution must provide regular product / platform security updates.
• Generate audit logs that attribute all login activity and configuration changes to the specific employee responsible.
• Requesting a forthcoming statement regarding what AI’s functionality is regarding your company’s system.
• Office is creating an AI policy and will have it available in the coming year.
• During this time, AI must be able to disable when office users are utilizing the requested platform.
• All internal office data files containing media lists should not be shared with your platform.
• Office data files are protected from being disseminated to your AI system and other platforms.
• Our use of the data on the platform cannot use AI.
