Strategic Plan Consulting Services

The Vendor is required to provide strategic planning consulting and facilitation services for college next strategic plan.
- Requirement:
• Project work plan, timeline, and stakeholder engagement strategy
• Design and facilitation of up to ten (10) community partner and internal partner listening and visioning workshops
• Visioning graphics and visual summaries that illustrate stakeholder input, themes, and future-state concepts
• Design and administration of an external community survey
• Survey analysis report and, including findings, key themes, and recommendations
• Summary of stakeholder engagement activities and input
• Final strategic planning support materials as requested by the college
• Final strategic plan visualization materials and communication plans as requested by the college.
