The Vendor is required to provide executive media training services for 6-10 senior leadership and c-suite executives.
- Requirement
1. Assessment and preparation
• Conduct an assessment of executive communication strengths, opportunities, and development needs.
• Meet with designated organizational stakeholders to understand communication priorities, reputational considerations, and executive training objectives.
• Conduct a review of the organization’s existing crisis communications plan to understand the organizations current response posture.
2. Crisis communication and reputation management
• Provide training on communication strategies during crisis situations and high-profile events.
• Coach executives on maintaining composure, credibility, and message discipline under pressure.
• Support development of executive response strategies for sensitive or evolving situations.
3. Executive media training
• Deliver customized executive media training sessions for participating leaders.
• Provide instruction on:
• Media interview techniques
• Message development
• Spokesperson best practices
• Strategic storytelling and audience engagement
• Verbal and non-verbal communication
• Executive presence and credibility
• On-camera performance and delivery
• Prepare executives for:
• Television interviews
• Radio interviews
• Print media interviews
• Podcast interviews
• Virtual and livestream interviews
• Public speaking engagements
• Provide coaching on handling difficult, sensitive, or unexpected questions.
• Conduct mock interviews and simulated media scenarios (“live” and prepared) with real-time feedback and coaching.
4. Coaching, feedback and recommendations
• Individualized feedback and coaching recommendations for participating executives.
• Identify opportunities for continued communication improvement and leadership development.
• Recommend best practices and tools to support ongoing executive communication readiness.
