The Vendor is required to provide promotional and branded merchandise services for include:- Promotional item production
• High-quality promotional items using artwork, logos, branding, and other design files provided by the commission
• Variety of promotional products as requested by commission, which may include but are not limited to apparel, drinkware, bags, writing instruments, technology accessories, and other outreach materials.
• Ensure all products manufacture in accordance with commission specifications, approved artwork, and branding requirements.
• Proofs for review and approval prior to production to commission.
• Maintain quality control standards to ensure consistency in product appearance, imprint quality, and durability.
• Package and deliver promotional items to locations designated by commission within agreed-upon timelines.
- Use of creative materials
• Promotional items in accordance with commission specifications and approved artwork.
• Digital proofs for review and approval prior to production (physical proofs as well, if possible).
• Maintain quality control standards to ensure accurate production of logos, colors, messaging, and branding elements.
• Package and deliver promotional items to locations designated by commission.
• Communicate production timelines, order status, and delivery schedules.
• Replace any defective, damage, or incorrectly produced items at no additional cost to commission.
