Event Marketing Grant Services

The Vendor is required to provide event marketing grant program supports special events held in county that attract visitors from outside the county and promote tourism and economic activity.
- Required documents:
• Full and complete application
• IRS form w-9
• Supplier form (if new to doing business with clay county)
• 501c3 IRS determination letter
- Funding levels ($3,500 maximum award per special event :
• Contributes to the quality of life – $1,500
• Events that showcase the character, culture, attractions, or unique experiences of county and are not routine or everyday experiences.
• Multi-day event – $1,500
• Events held over two or more consecutive days.
• Need period – $500
• Events occurring during identified tourism need months: January, February, June, july, August, September, and November.
