Custom Branding Services

The Vendor is required to provide custom branding recreational apparel and office attire for recreation division staff, volunteers, and program participant.
- Requirement:
1. Shirts
• T-shirts
• Port & co. Core blend tee or equivalent
• Port & co. Fan favorite or equivalent
• Gildan ultra cotton or equivalent
• Tank tops
• Port & co. Core cotton tank or equivalent
• Polo shirts
• Sport-tek side blocked micropique sport-wick or equivalent
• Port & co. Core blend jersey knit polo or equivalent
2. Sweatshirts and outerwear
• Zip-up hooded sweatshirts
• Port & co. Core fleece full zip hooded sweatshirt or equivalent
• Pullover hooded sweatshirts
• Gildan heavy blend pullover sweatshirt or equivalent
• Crewneck sweatshirts
• Gildan heavy blend crewneck sweatshirt or equivalent
3. Headwear
• Hats (snapback and fitted)
• Flexfit yp classic retro cotton twill snapback cap or equivalent
• Flexfit cool & dry sport cap or equivalent
- General requirements
• Written quotes for each apparel item, including base unit pricing and applicable add-on costs.
• Identification of available fabric, material, and color options for each item.
• Availability of adult and extended adult sizes where applicable.
• Pricing for extended sizes (2x–6x) shall reflect actual garment cost differences only and shall not include excessive markup beyond the base adult (xs–xl) pricing.
• Customization services, including screen printing and embroidery.
• All one-time setup fees for screen printing and embroidery shall be charged at the flat rates submitted in the pricing schedule. No additional per-thousand stitch setup surcharges shall be permitted beyond those rates.
• Quantity pricing tiers for decoration services shall apply per garment type, per design, per order.
• Design proofs for city review and approval prior to production.
• Graphic design or artwork fees must be pre-approved in writing by the city prior to the commencement of billable work. No charges shall apply for repeat orders of previously approved designs.
• Final products that are of durable quality, consistent sizing, and free from manufacturing defects.
• Shipping and delivery charges, if applicable, shall be identified as a separate line item on quotations provided to the city and shall be limited to the contractor's actual shipping costs without markup.
• The city shall retain full ownership and copyright to all city logos, artwork, and designs. No ownership rights or usage rights are transferred to the vendor.
