Inmate Communication Services

The vendor is required to provide to install, maintain, host and operate a web-based inmate communication system, including telephones, tablets and money kiosks at the county correctional facility.
- The system components and equipment including the telephones, the tablets, and the money kiosks.
- The system must be a hosted, internet based application that is securely accessible by county administration via the internet from anywhere, at any time, including from mobile devices such as cellphones and tablets.
- The system must include telephone, inmate tablets along with lobby and booking money kiosks.
