The Vendor is required to provide professional photography and videography services shall be available 24 hours, seven days a week on an as needed basis.
- Photography services
• Possess and maintain all equipment necessary to provide photography services including, but not limited to digital cameras, support gear, tripods, lights etc. For all types and sizes of events ranging from just one presenter to potentially thousands of individuals in attendance.
• Digital processing of images with adobe Photoshop software or equivalent image editing software.
• Upload images to its online database within three (3) calendar days of an event and, upon request, deliver images on a flash drive.
• News and portrait digital photography as needed.
• Arrive at designated locations within the agreed upon time to meet the needs of a specific event.
• Possess and maintain all necessary equipment to provide custom framing services. The contractor shall provide a brown or dark wood frame as requested.
- Videography services
• Have a videographer on staff.
• Possess and maintain all necessary video equipment to provide the required services including but not limited to high-definition broadcast quality video cameras, memory cards, audio, public announcement (pa) systems with the capability of 1,000+ person audiences, lighting/support gear, boxes for audio and monitors for video playback, etc.
• The amount of audio equipment will vary per the county's request.
• Have sufficient staff to provide services for large events of potentially 1,000+ persons in attendance.
• Edit audio and video images into a final product.
• Audio and video recording services not limited to those for broadcasts, video news releases, and documentary purposes.
• Possess and maintain digital cameras with adequate lenses for documenting all types of events from just one presenter to crowds of potentially thousands.
• Have the ability to be at designated county locations within the agreed upon time to meet the needs of a specific event.
