The Vendor is required to provide tourism marketing services for include:
• Discovery and research: review the destination blueprint findings, strategic marketing plan, RTAP community action plan, visitor data, stakeholder survey results, and existing town branding.
• Conduct interviews with town staff, marketing committee members, anchor partners, and key community stakeholders.
• Brand positioning and messaging framework: develop a positioning statement, brand pillars, value proposition, personality attributes, and messaging framework (tagline and supporting messages) suitable for use across web, paid advertising, social, PR, and community communications.
• Visual identity system: design a primary logo, logo variations, color palette, typography system, icon and illustration style, photography art direction, and layout patterns.
• Brand guidelines (brand book): produce a comprehensive brand guidelines document covering logo usage, color and type specifications, voice and tone, photography direction, partner and co-brand lockup rules, and application examples across channels.
• Launch applications: deliver initial brand applications including social media profile assets, e-newsletter template, and website style foundation (to be extended by the element b website project).
• Community and stakeholder alignment: present the brand direction to the keystone marketing committee and town council at milestone checkpoints as well as any needed community engagements. Incorporate feedback across two rounds of revisions.
