Custom Event Trailers Services

The Vendor is required to provide custom event trailers including wraps for merchandise sales at campus events.
• 8'6"x16'x7'6" double axel v nosed enclosed trailer
• Aluminum custom wheels and tires
• Two side flip-up service windows on passenger side and one flip-up service window on back side of trailer
• Man-door on driver's side of v nose
• 14'x 12" flip up branding panel on top of trailer
• Flip-up shelves, 12" deep, on exterior passenger side of trailer to match under the flip-up windows for customers to place items
• Counter on inside of trailer, matching to flip-up windows on passenger side, 16" deep (to hold POS registers, cc machine, scanner and customer merchandise) open area underneath counter.
• 120 voltage and cat6 wiring with outlets on inside of trailer to match locations of 3 pos registers, with outlets on outside of trailers to plug external power and data lines into for the internal connections, but also be able to be switched to run the 3 pos registers via solar/battery bank or generator
• Interior led lighting throughout trailer for nighttime use. Exterior led lighting for customer safety at nighttime.
• Starlink wired system (to use for POS system)
• Full color and design 360 degree wrap (design will be provided by campus store)
• Solar panel system with inverters, and battery bank supply system, to run POS registers and small refrigerator (120v), electric hitch system with electric leveling jacks and led lighting
• Epoxy coated floor, rough to it's not slippery
• Slat wall panels attached to interior back portion of trailer (opposite the flip-up doors) w/metal slide track
• Small refrigerator in v-nose area for employees with coat hooks and small cubies above refrigerator to hang personal items
• 2 wall mounted small fans for cooling employees inside while working
• 4 marine grade speakers with head unit and control panel for music.
