The Vendor is required to provide media monitoring service shall include an online news coverage monitoring database and archive.
- Requirement:
• Online searchable news coverage monitoring database and archive
• Daily reports from keywords in statewide, national and international media stories
• Media analytics reporting including but not limited to the advertising value equivalent (AVE), estimated reach and return on investment (ROI); allow for customizable reports to share. Reporting shall also include potential audience reach, share of voice, prominence, and tone or sentiment scoring at the article and campaign level, and shall be exportable to pdf, csv, and excel
• Customer service availability including live chat, email, and telephone support during state business hours, a named account manager, onboarding and training for all user seats, and defined response times for urgent requests
• Real-time, configurable email and mobile alerts for high-priority keywords, with the ability to set thresholds that flag spikes in coverage volume or negative sentiment
• Crisis support, including rapid notification when coverage about department escalates outside of normal business hours
• Broadcast monitoring with audio and video clip retrieval and transcripts where available
• Custom dashboards and scheduled reports that can be shared with department leadership and downloaded in standard formats
• A historical archive with full-text search reaching back at least three (3) years from the date of award
• Data handling that complies with applicable state information security standards and records retention requirements, including the ability to retrieve records responsive to act requests
• Platform availability (uptime) of at least ninety-nine percent (99%), measured monthly, with advance notice of scheduled maintenance.
