The Vendor is required to provide marketing and communication services are established and maintained solely for the convenience of students, faculty, staff, alumni, visitors and guests of the university.
- Requirement:
• Dedicated senior account lead who will serve as the university's primary point of contact and be responsible for overall account management, strategic planning, campaign oversight, performance reporting, and coordination of all contractor personnel assigned to the account. The senior account lead shall attend quarterly on-site meetings at university and be available for regular planning meetings throughout the contract term
• Meet regularly with representatives of the institution's division of marketing and communications to develop, review, and refine annual and campaign-specific media strategies, budgets, timelines, and performance objectives
• Develop media recommendations and secure competitive media proposals, including pricing, audience reach, flight dates, and value-added opportunities, for review and approval by the institution prior to placement.
• Monitor campaign delivery throughout each campaign and verify that all purchased media placements are delivered as contracted. Pursue make goods, credits, or other remedies when contracted deliverables are not met.
• Campaign performance reports, media analytics, and post-campaign summaries with actionable recommendations to improve future campaign performance.
• Proactively recommend innovative advertising opportunities and emerging media channels that differentiate university within the higher education marketplace.
• Participate in regular planning meetings with the institution, including quarterly on-site strategic planning and performance review meetings at the university campus.
• Strategic recommendations regarding creative execution, messaging, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization to improve overall advertising effectiveness.
• Audience research, market intelligence, and targeting recommendations for state and priority recruitment markets identified by the institution.
• The institution with remote access to media buying platforms, campaign dashboards, and out-of home inventory management systems, where available, to support transparency and collaboration
• Assume administration of the university's existing out-of-home advertising contracts and coordinate the transition of each asset at the conclusion of its current agreement term without interruption to active campaigns.
