The vendor required to provide real estate brokerage services for include:
• Develop marketing outreach strategy to attract a long-term lessee for the former school that will fit the best and highest use.
• Actively market the building during the course of the contract
• Provide monthly reports to the town on the marketing status
• Act as the point of contact for inquiries into the property
• Coordinate site visits or tours with town staff
• Present proposals to town staff, town administrator and town council
• Coordinate with town solicitor to develop details of lease
• Assistance with any closing activates.
