The Vendor is required to provide election management software and services as requested by agency.
- Agency intends to assemble a roster of potential service providers who are available to provide such service.
- Able to print, bind and provide each district with the following items for all votes:
1. Comprehensive index/roster book (includes all voters within the database)
2. Voter registration/signature books printed alphabetically or otherwise, by polling place, based on district preference
3. Must be able to produce as many signature and/or roster books as requested by a school district
4. Must have the ability to produce post cards indicating voter poll place location.
- Training must include, but not be limited to:
1. Additions
2. Deletions
3. Changes
4. Absentee ballot processing
5. Scanning process
6. Technical set-up
7. Mail-in ballots
- must have the ability to provide training to voter day poll workers prior to Election Day.
- System must provide yearly updates that comply with education election law and commissioner regulations
- System must be a turnkey solution – system must be delivered with all the components, data, technical support and training necessary to ensure the system will function properly
- System must be able to operate in a secure Wi-Fi (802.11) environment and over an Ethernet LAN/WAN via TCP/IP
- System must have controls in place to prevent voter fraud by not allowing voters to vote more than once; voter name must appear only once in all registration books
- System must allow customizable access and security rights based on job description/requirements
- System must work with, at minimum, a pc based computer system.
- List recommended hardware requirements for optimal performance of their software for the end-users.
- Software must have the ability to verify a voter’s registration
- Software must have the ability to view a voter’s history
- Software must have the ability to produce mailing labels of registered voters
- Software must have the ability to compile post- election data
- Software should have the ability to run reports (voter count), upon request, in order to be able to reconcile with the voting machines on the day of the vote.
- System must have the ability to run the following reports which include, but are not limited to:
• View and print election statistics related to voter turnout, poll place, street, etc.
• View and print poll list(s)
• View and print absentee voter reports.
