RFP Description

The Vendor is required to provide a comprehensive budget system to enhance the county's financial planning, budget formulation, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Provide commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software as a solution (SaaS) platform for the county's budgeting and financial planning processes that integrates with the county’s existing accounting system, central square's central square's one finance and accounting solution (OFAS), the existing personnel management platform, workday, and can publish an online budget with print budget book publishing capabilities.
- This system should effectively support various stakeholders, including but not limited to budget analysts, department heads, and executive management.
- The chosen Budget System will streamline the County's budget processes, improve data accuracy and availability, provide robust reporting capabilities, and facilitate better decision-making.
