The Vendor is required to provide an email client that will be used to email current students a variety of informational emails related to course information, course navigation, and available academic resources.
- The chatbot will provide answers to general inquiries and guide students to both general and specific information pages at the colleges.

• The email client should provide space available to import contacts using csv files without a limit on contacts per import.
• Ability to send email campaigns to thousands of contacts per campaign.
• Ability to personalize emails including image attachments, links, and drag-and-drop for email creation and updates.
• Ability to create and save multiple email templates.
• Smart analytics for email tracking, including engagement.

• Ability for staff to manage the availability of the chatbot and monitor all conversations.
• Ability to set multiple tones of an AI response.
• All chatbot sessions are to be archived for future reference for the duration of one (1) calendar year.
• Ability for live staff chat and automated chatbot.
- The system scales sufficiently over the expected lifetime of the solution to handle increases in stored content streaming capacity, and usage by the user community.
- Provide information on the functionality and usability of the reporting tools, and to what extent they can permit custom or ad hoc reports to be generated.
