The vendor is required to provide premier public higher education system, seeks consulting services to conduct a comprehensive presidential and executive compensation study.
- The compensation study will encompass the following roles totaling approximately 110 positions:
• University chancellor
• Presidents of university institutions
• Executive directors at the three university regional centers
• Employees at the university system's office
- Market analysis: Conduct benchmarking across these roles, considering higher education and relevant public and private sectors.
- Data collection: Gather detailed data on all elements of compensation, including base salary, benefits, deferred compensation, bonuses, and other remunerative elements.
- Peer comparisons: Establish relevant peer groups for each position to assess competitive positioning and internal equity
- Recommendations: Provide actionable, data-driven recommendations specific to each role.
- Compliance and equity review: Ensure that all recommendations align with applicable state and federal regulations and address internal equity.
