The vendor is required to provide a solution to deliver body worn cameras (BWC), in-car video systems (ICVS), and a digital evidence management system (DEMS) software-as-a-service (SaaS) as a fully managed services include:
• provide purchase options of BWC and required accessories;
• provide purchase options of ICVS;
• provide licensing of DEMS;
• Configuration of BWC, ICVS and DEMS.
• Delivery of the test/training environment;
• System and performance testing.
• Work with parkland county staff to ensure effective transition of knowledge, including written documentation of all business and operational processes, technical software processes and software configurations, setup, and architecture.
• Include an operations manual describing the technical operation and maintenance of the hardware and software is also required and shall include the county’s processes, data backup, application security, and disaster recovery/failover functions.
• Provide detailed documentation on configuration, maintenance processes, optimization settings and end-user guides.
• Support of user acceptance testing (UAT);
• Delivery of the production environment; and
• Post-implementation support and hardware warranty.
- Solution that:
• Is proven with customers of a similar size and scale;
• Requires minimal customization;
• Is supported by a consultant who provides regular upgrades based on new technology, changing industry standards, and client feedback; and
• Can be easily and quickly implemented to accommodate key business requirements.
- Provide a detailed project plan, with a detailed work breakdown structure, clearly defined deliverables, tasks, estimated effort, roles, detailed reporting (e.g.,. progress, percentage of completion, etc.)
