The vendor is required to provide marketing, advertising, and public relations service, which includes the development, implementation, management, execution and evaluation of statewide campaigns.
- The pm must have experience in project management for marketing, advertising, public relations, and other related services that include, but is not limited to, experience in handling projects in public or private sectors for medium to large scale projects.
- Include planning and implementing innovative and effective marketing, advertising, and public relations strategies and campaigns in public or private sector organizations.
- Vendor performance will be monitored on a regular basis by department.
• Late delivery products, materials, or design within 30 calendar days.
• Failure to secure and deliver the required matching funds.
• Unresponsive to communication.
• Failure to execute the marketing plan.
• Low quality materials and collateral.
• Failure to provide metrics.
- Ensure personnel do not use personal multi-media devices while performing services for department unless furnished by the vendor to facilitate communication with department or the vendor.
- The background checks must include, but not be limited to, the following:
• Social security number verification.
• Statewide criminal and sex offender records for all state counties and out-of-state county equivalents based on the current and previous addresses of the applicant for the past seven years.
