RFP Description

The Vendor is required to provide to procure an online client management system.
- Utilize this system to manage recruitment, receipt of applications, onboarding of accepted applicants, and data collection regarding client participation.
- The selected solution will:
• Have the ability and capacity to work from application through application review and after for master teacher and master counselor surveys three times per year.
• Create and maintain web forms and associated workflows for recruitment, communication with applicants, submission and review of applications for new members, and data collection from program review surveys from current members.
• Have the ability for agency staff to develop and modify application, application review, and program review forms and workflows as appropriate
• Have the capability to, and support, integrate data collected into agency database for longitudinal program review.
• Track actions of potential applicants and members by type, decision, date, and activity as well as via comprehensive searchable dashboards and other organizational accessible to agency staff.
• Auto generate emails (e.g., acknowledgement to submitter, notification of action needed to reviewer).
