The vendor is required to provide early learning digital learning platform and devices for include:
• Digital learning platform
o Engaging, research-based learning experiences in multiple languages that align with state early learning standards and head start outcomes
o Daily synchronization with the teaching strategies gold child assessment system
o User-friendly interface for children, families, and teachers, including ability to run reports to support the individualization of children’s learning outcomes
• Early learning tablets
o 10” impact resistant glass, touch screen monitor with charger, headphones, and screen cleaning kits
o Safe and durable drop-resistant case with handles and stand for use by preschool children
o Preloaded with software as described above
o Android standard operating system preferred
o Wi-Fi and Bluetooth capabilities and does not require additional subscriptions for data or ongoing software
o 3-year warranty for repair and replacement for manufacturer defects
o At least 50% replacement over the term of the agreement for user-induced damage
o Policy for providing support with device issues that is fast, reliable, trackable and teacher friendly
• Pricing and delivery
o Detailed information on the tablet and software proposed, including tablet specifications and a link to a Demonstration video of the tablet.
o Tablets will be drop-shipped to the agency office.
o Coordination of delivery will be with the agency information technology.
o Address will be provided to the winning bid recipient.
o Delivery must be completed by 6/15/2025
