The Vendor is required to provide security camera services and products at each of its campuses comprised of state college.
- Provide for the installation, service and repair of security cameras and related equipment.
• Service response times must be within 4 hours when called in before 12pm and within 1 business day when called in after 12pm.
• All cameras utilized and services performed must be compatible with agency “wisenet” video management system.
• A single service visit is defined as inclusive of providing service on 5 separate buildings or less and it is also a requirement that any per trip fee proposed within this proposal be inclusive of mileage.
• Please note that agency may be able to provide use of a “bucket truck” and its operation as necessary but must be arranged for and approved in advance.
• Develop a strategic partnership with Firm(s).
• Achieve financial cost savings and market-competitive pricing.
• Improve customer service levels.
• Identify and implement efficiencies.
