RFP Description

The Vendor is required to provide a new turnkey parking access and revenue control system (PARCS) system, provide ongoing annual software subscriptions, training, and onsite labor for as needed repairs.
- The new PARCS system must include the management and processing of revenue, and in conjunction with the Genetec Security System, which provides access to the facility’s parking areas.
- The new PARCS system must enhance the efficiency of all transactions, allow versatile payment solutions (credit cards, digital payments such as tap-to-pay or mobile pay), and validation payments created with stickers, QR codes, online, or a physical unit printing a barcode.  
- Validations can not only be done with an actual unit, but also through an eValidation system provided to account users to be accessed online.
- Furthermore, stickers can be printed and provided to hosts for events to be distributed to guests.
- And finally, digital validations can be sent directly to the unit the guest is using, or a QR code sent to their phone.
- The QR code readers integrated into PARCS’S equipment must be highly responsive and accurate, facilitating seamless access for users with pre-paid passes or digital tickets).
- This reliability is particularly beneficial during large events where efficiency is paramount.  
-  System must be cloud-based and provide advanced technology to streamline parking transactions (to reduce wait times and improve customer experience), include an intuitive interface for quick and effortless vehicle entry and exit (even during high-traffic events), provide comprehensive reporting capabilities (insights into parking patterns and revenue, enabling data-driven decisions to optimize operations, etc.), reliable QR code readers, durability in adverse weather conditions, and can be serviced in a timely manner.
- System must be able to be integrated with 3rd party applications similar to Ticketmaster, county, and park hub allowing for additional revenue opportunities to be captured.
- Exclusion – does not include camera purchases or camera integration services into a new PARCS system.
