The vendor is required to provide photovoltaic security system for services:
1. Remote job box installation:
• Build and install two remote job boxes.
• Equip each box with batteries, charge controllers, and solar panels.
• Install support poles and secure them in the ground with guy wires for stability.
• Mount PTZ cameras and microwave units onto the poles.
2. Surveillance system upgrade:
• Install a new, updated NVR at the communications office.
• Replace three older bullet cameras with new models to enhance monitoring capabilities at the camp.
• Run new cat6 cabling using an improved hoisting system to ensure secure attachment to existing telephone poles leading to camera locations.
• Remove and clean up old cabling as part of the upgrade process.
• Maintain the existing NVR in place until new PTZ cameras are installed to replace functional units already in operation.
3. Deliverables:
• Two fully operational remote job boxes with integrated power and surveillance components.
• Upgraded surveillance system at the communications office, including a new NVR, two new PTZ cameras and three new bullet cameras.
• New structured cabling for improved connectivity and organization.
• Microwave links and integration into existing island network system.
• Removal of outdated cabling.
4. Responsibilities:
• The contractor will provide all necessary materials, equipment, and labor required for installation and integration.
• The client will ensure access to installation sites and necessary infrastructure.
5. Acceptance criteria:
• Proper installation and functionality of remote job boxes, surveillance components, and support structures.
• Successful upgrade and integration of the new NVR and cameras.
• Compliance with all safety and quality standards.
