The vendor is required to provide for the consultant may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Conducting a review and analysis of the renewable portfolio standard (RPS), pursuant to administration 362-f:5, including but not limited to conducting an analysis of the class iii rec obligation so that the department may make recommendations for any changes to the obligation to the state legislature;
• Provide an analysis and identify a method(s) for setting the state RPS class iii obligation on a prospective basis for calendar year 2025; and
• Working collaboratively with department staff to develop a method for prospectively setting the class • Obligation and assist with the analysis and recommendations for the 2025 RPS review taking into consideration stakeholder feedback obtained throughout department conducted stakeholder sessions.
• The purpose of the meeting will be to review and refine the scope, timeline, tasks, and project approach; review the allocation of resources among the deliverables to establish a project plan, with key deliverables and approximate milestone dates; and establish project management and communication protocols to ensure that the information needs of both the department and the consultant are satisfied.
• The work of the consultant(s) will be subject to an evaluation of progress achieved against the above-referenced scope and tasks, to take place after completion of key deliverables identified during the meeting and subsequent regular status and progress meetings.
