The vendor is required to provide training and certification management services for a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution to replace department current learning management system (LMS) for training and certification program management.
- The department project manager, and professional/technical services, including, but not limited to, data migration, training, quality assurance testing, implementation, and post-production support to launch and maintain the LMS with the following primary components:
• Role-based access for system administrators, program administrators, office administrators, finance administrators, e-learning administrators, instructors, trainers, students, and other user types.
• Robust online user management, registration, class/training/certification management, content management, test/quiz/certification/recertification, e-payment, and reporting capabilities.
• Flexible reporting that can be exported to basic office reporting tools such as excel spreadsheets, PowerBI, etc.
• robust training and user guides for users (administrators and end users).
• support services that include mobile support.
