The vendor is required to provide the handling of unemployment claims within the organization has been a manual process.
- These services shall include management of the unemployment claims through the state department of employment security “IDES” database known as state information data exchange system “SIDES”.
- Services will also include the review and audit of quarterly benefit charge statements to ensure that agency as a reimbursable employer is being charged the right amounts and receiving the correct credits/reimbursements as well as completing wage audits.
- Agency will engage the vendor in hearings and appeals on an as-needed basis at an additional cost.
- The vendor will take responsibility for all UI regulatory compliance eliminating penalties for noncompliance or inadequate responses on unemployment claims.
- The timing and implementation of services will ensure that agency is able to automate our unemployment claims processing to allow us to provide timely responses to claims filed.
