Laboratory Analysis System

The Vendor is required to provide cloud-based laboratory analysis system that can automated peak processing and can integrate directly with various EPIC Laboratory Information Systems (regardless of the manufacturer).
- The software offers the following functionalities:
• Identifies and integrates peaks
• Flags potential issues in the data for additional review
• Is compatible with current mass spectrometry instruments from manufactures such as thermo
Scientific, Sciex and Agilent
• Can transfer results directly into the epic laboratory information system
• provide an audit trail to document any actions taken by reviews of certifying scientists (including a Place to provide comments, and actions)
• Is ISO certified (minimum iso139485)
• Be able to customize quality assurance rules to meet the college pathologists and college of physicians and surgeons accreditation requirements
• Ability to detect and remove interfering shoulder peaks from calculated concentration of designed targeted analyte
• Will automatically upload batch data when the liquid chromatography – mass spectrometry (LC-MS) run is completed
• Automatically download the results files after batch has been certified
• Ability to document assay configuration and any changes for laboratory accreditation compliance purposes.
- The physiology and pharmacology lab requires a laboratory analysis system to automate and standardize the processing, review, and reporting of data from an epic laboratory information system, such as a liquid chromatography mass spectrometry instrument.
- Contract Period/Term: 2 years
