The vendor is required to provide the implementation, configuration and licensing of SaaS corporation helix discovery.

- The winning bidder must setup corporation helix discovery to ensure it automates asset discovery and dependency mapping.
- The winning bidder will also be responsible for providing training and documentation on how to operate corporation helix discovery from an administrator and end-user perspective.
- Website shall be provided in an AODA compliant format, specifically without limitation, meaning that the said documents must conform to World Wide Web consortium web content accessibility guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 level AA.
