Construction Management Software

The Vendor is required to provide construction management software must meet to ensure the effective and efficient management of our project document and contract administration processes.
- Objectives:

- Security and Compliance
•    Should be approved for storing and processing information up to Protected B.
•    Support for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is required for both agency users and external contractors.
•    Single Sign-On (SSO): Optional support for SSO via Microsoft Azure for agency users is preferred.
•    Only sanitized data and agency -cleared documents may be uploaded.
•    Should offer and utilize state data residency options for storing agency information.
•    Support for Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and security groups is required.
•    Provide documentation on cybersecurity policies, including incident response, privacy, and breach protocols.
•    Independent third-party certifications such as ISO, SOC 2, or AICPA/CPA Canada should be available for review.
