• Only sanitized data and agency -cleared documents may be uploaded.
• Should offer and utilize state data residency options for storing agency information.
• Support for Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and security groups is required.
• Provide documentation on cybersecurity policies, including incident response, privacy, and breach protocols.
• Independent third-party certifications such as ISO, SOC 2, or AICPA/CPA Canada should be available for review.
