RFP Description

The vendor required to provide 3d interactive anatomy solution, and associated anatomy and physiology software, for use in a high school instructional setting for the healthcare and veterinary science classroom.
- The solution should support classroom instruction, laboratory activities, and student guided learning through interactive digital anatomy content.
- Software requirements
•    Full 3d representations of real human anatomy organized by body system 
•    Full 3d representations of real animal anatomy organized by body system 
•    Animal anatomy should include, but not necessarily be limited to domestic mammals, companion animals, birds, reptiles, and similar commonly studied species 
•    Interactive tools allowing instructors and students to explore anatomical structures, relationships, and functions 
•    Prebuilt instructional content including lessons, learning modules, and guided activities aligned to anatomy and physiology coursework 
•    Assessment or evaluation tools that allow students to complete activities, exercises, or checks for understanding within the software 
•    Ability for instructors to present content during lectures and labs and to create or modify instructional materials 
•    Software accessibility on apple computers for instructor use
•    Software accessibility on student devices, including Chromebook compatibility 
•    Cloud based or web accessible platform preferred to allow use across multiple devices and locations
- Anatomy and physiology touchscreen display
•    Interactive touchscreen measuring a minimum of 65 inches, or an equivalent interactive display area 
•    High resolution display capable of clearly rendering detailed 3d anatomical models 
•    Design that supports instructor led demonstrations and small group student interaction 
•    Adjustable configuration to accommodate both student and instructor use 
•    Which may include, but is not limited to height adjustment, mounting options, viewing positions, or ergonomic positioning 
•    Full integration with the proposed 3d anatomy software 
•    Capability for long term classroom deployment and daily instructional use over multiple years
- Student instructional and assessment materials
•    Interactive instructional activities that allow students to engage directly with anatomical models
•    Student assessment tools or activities that can be used to evaluate understanding and participation
•    Access for up to 200 students, with licensing based on student access rather than individual device installations
•    Compatibility with Chromebook devices for student use
•    Materials suitable for use in both healthcare and veterinary science instructional contexts
- Implementation and access
•    Description of student account requirements, including whether individual logins are required and how student data is stored and protected 
•    Based on login requirements a student data privacy agreement may be required for award 
•    Description of included training, onboarding, and technical support available to instructors 
•    Frequency and scope of software updates or content enhancements included with the solution.
