The vendor is required to provide that a transformative AI-based web content solution to establish a 6-month pilot program that delivers customized responses to prospective undergraduate students and their families with the aim of increasing undergraduate student acquisition and enrollment yield for the incoming fall 2025.
-Adaptive and personalized website content creation
Ai technology that uses only university’s website to deliver real-time, on demand, custom content results for new and returning visitors without requiring slate log in.
Utilize interest-based signals, slate funnel stage, and other tracking mechanisms to predict what is important to each visitor.
Platform must allow university to overwrite ai responses or provide preset marketing responses if desired.
Enable a high volume of web inquires and custom content generation at any one time.
-Dynamic form creation
Embed and deploy intelligent, personalized forms tailored to individual visitors based on their behavior, location, and engagement history.
These forms should predominantly be located in website areas related to prospective undergraduate student acquisition.
Audience members must have the ability to disengage or “click off” from a form if it is not relevant to their experience.
Enable forms to integrate seamlessly with UTM codes from other marketing initiatives.
Site speed and page load time should not be impacted with technology implementation.
-Required integrations:
Must be capable of real-time or frequent data synchronization with slate through an API or SFTP.
Must be capable of operating on a drupal-based website
-Analytics:
Solution must be capable of tracking prospective students from initial engagement through inquiry, application, and enrollment, offering content and user behavior insights across multiple touchpoints.
Provide standard and customizable dashboards for analyzing the effectiveness of the solutions performance and impact on acquisition and yield.
•Data-based content optimizations:
Provide actionable recommendations for deploying new content or adjusting existing materials for optimized results.
•Consultant support:
Provide access to a dedicated team member for support throughout the pilot program with the ability to respond and address needs within 24 hours of reporting an issue.
Have weekly or bi-weekly virtual calls with university’s team members to adjust implementation needs during the pilot.
Provide strategic weekly reporting to AVP of strategic communications and marketing on performance, recommendations and lessons learned.
