Parking Access Revenue Consultant Services

The Vendor is required to provide consulting services to assist in the preparation of a design specification document and with the installation and testing of a parking access, revenue control system (PARCS) and parking guidance system (PGS) solution for the public parking operation at state national airport (state airport).

- The Contractor shall survey the parking industry and gather relevant information on parking systems and parking technology solutions for presentation and discussion with the authority during the design workshops.

- Contractor shall gather and summarize the following different technologies offered within the industry and develop design criteria checklists and workshop materials to be used during the design workshops:

1. Credit Card In/Out

2. Bar Code/QR Code

3. Radio Frequency Identification/EZ-Pass

4. License Plate Recognition

5. Image Capture

6. License Plate Inventory

7. Camera Based Solutions

8. Infrared Solutions

9. Ultrasonic Solutions

10. Loyalty Programs

11. Reservation Systems

12. Account Management

13. Various Payment Options (remote/on site, cash, credit, other)

14. Wired and Wireless Systems

15. Other

- Provide subject matter expert advice to the Authority throughout the procurement process to aid in the evaluation, selection, and award of PARCS and PGS systems.

- Directed to attend additional meetings with the parking access/ revenue control, and parking guidance system vendors once installation of the system begins.

- Contract Period/Term: 2 years
