6. Feasibility study for a comprehensive campaign
• Conduct a thorough feasibility study to assess agency readiness for a comprehensive fundraising campaign.
• Engage key stakeholders, including university leadership, faculty, alumni, corporate partners, and major donors, to obtain feedback and to gauge philanthropic interest and capacity.
• Identify potential fundraising priorities, campaign goals, and key messaging strategies based on institutional needs and donor feedback.
