Resource Adequacy Procurement Models Study Consultation Services

The vendor is required to provide resource adequacy procurement models study consultation services for include:
•    Consultant onboarding 
•    Consultant proposes assumptions and information needed from the commission or other entities, including electric utilities, electricity suppliers or PJM 
•    Consultant performs draft study 
•    Consultant socializes the study results with the contract manager and commission advisors and incorporates feedback 
•    Consultant circulates the preliminary report with the contract manager and commission advisors for review and incorporates feedback 
•    Consultant presents a near-final report to the commission and incorporates feedback 
•    Consultant delivers the final report in a format agreed by the contract manager and consultant. 
•    Consultant presents the results of the procurement models study jointly with commission advisors to the state general assembly.
